A custom-made system from Bavaria, Germany. Tonopah Brewing Co. sports four 310-gallon fermentation tanks, four 310-gallon lagering tanks, and 2 310-gallon storage tanks. The steam heated system is run by pneumatic controls. The system allows decoction and step infusion, creating beers in a traditional fashion. Owners Fred and Nancy Cline of Cline Cellars and Jacuzzi Family Vineyards brought beer back to the historic mining town along with head brewer Lance Jergensen.
